- The HVAC works include Package units, Ductwork, and Air outlets.
- The Fire protection includes the sprinkler and Fire suppression systems (FM 200).
- The Uninterrupted POWER SYSTEM (UPS) with rating of 460 KVA, 220 volts, 60Hz, 1phase
- Electrical distribution includes Cables, Raceways, Lighting, and Small Power.
- Fire alarm detection system.
