Scope of project:
Our scope in this project covers the supply, Installation, and testing of the following works:
Mechanical Works:
- Provide Air conditioning to the buildings by using a combined chilled water system and rooftop package units with a total cooling capacity of 396.0 TR
- Provide ventilation to the buildings through exhaust fans.
- Underground piping works for; firefighting, water supply & drainage system.
- Above ceiling/exposed piping & pipe risers for chilled water system & other systems
- HVAC Ductwork with complete components & accessories.
- Toilet fixtures and Bathroom accessories.
- Plumbing Fixtures and plumbing appliances
- Firefighting wet sprinkler system and FM200 systems for utility rooms.
- Fire hose Cabinets and fire hydrants with all devices and accessories.
- Installation of pumps with all consecutive valves and accessories
- Air balancing and water balancing for HVAC system.
- Building Management System.
- Testing & commissioning of all mechanical systems.
Electrical Works:
- Electrical Distribution equipment with a total load of 1980.22 KVA
- Main Distribution panel boards with the main rating of 3008.63 Amps. and Sub-distribution boards
- Installation of a stand by Generator with a total capacity of 1250 KVA
